Services of South Central Pennsylvania Exploring retirement living? Seeking home health services? Researching social services in your community? LSS (Lutheran Social Services) can help. Through our diverse programs, we provide residential, nursing and rehabilitation services, home care and hospice and a range of community outreach services. In an LSS continuing care retirement community, you may enjoy maintenance free, retirement living options, including residential living, assisted living/personal care, skilled care and rehabilitation care. In your hometown, you may find assistance with daily tasks, transportation, counseling, case management, child care, deaf services, intervention for domestic abusers and caring companionship for the lonely through an LSS program. In your home, you may choose home health care, home health telemonitoring, hospice, and in-home support services. The LSS service area includes York, Adams, Franklin, Fulton counties and the Shippensburg area in Pennsylvania. We also provide home care services in Carroll, Washington and Frederick counties in northern Maryland.
